Fraser is friendly and kind and full of suggestions for things to do and see in Inverness. The breakfasts were delicious. If you’re a dog person his dogs are super friendly and sweet. "We had a great stay at this lovely B&B run by a very welcoming couple, Margaret & Sandy. Very spacious room for us which had en-suite facilities, fridge, seating area and tea & coffee facilities too. As for the breakfast…expect a hearty start to the day whether it’s all the trimmings or just porridge. We’d certainly recommend!"

"My stay at the Rossmount B&B couldn’t be any better. We were welcomed by the owners and runners of the hotel whom are the best and most caregiving people. The hotel is very well Located, only a 3’ drive to the center of Inverness which as a city, really surprised me for good. The breakfast is from another level, they let you choose (not being excluding) within a range of meats, eggs, sides, apart from what they serve of fruits, coffee, yogurts, cereals, etc. I had the best Haggis in Scotland...

"This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be the last! From the minute we arrived Sheila, the owner, couldn't do enough for us. Ella, who served our breakfast both mornings, was also really pleasant and helpful. The property is in a quiet street, with on site parking, and inside it is beautiful with lovely decor and lots of room. "The property was clean check in instructions very clear. The only issue we had is a large group booked all the other rooms and gathered in the hallway outside our door and loudly talked very early. Also the walls are very thin so people leaving or checking in will almost sound like they are in your room."

"The property had a great view and a convenient location. The balcony was nice. It is a little loud at night when you have the windows/balcony door open, which we did because it was warm. I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there. Staff were super communicative and helpful when we had a travel-related issue. Would absolutely stay again. "
