"Entrance took a minute to find as no clear sign outside... Place obviously being renovated, which is fine as it didn't affect my stay in any way.. I checked in and because I was getting back late, they said I could sleep in longer than usual check out time, which I appreciated a lot.. Room looks like it had been renovated too, so that was good.. Read some older reviews that were not favorable but they seem to have addressed those issues... Room was clean, cozy and comfortable.. Shower was great.. Very powerful, which is always good.. Location was great and plenty of street parking.. My room did not include breakfast but good place across street... All over a good experience.."

"This property was great. The only reason not a five star on the staff is because we didn’t have contact with many staff due to checking in and out on the kiosk. The amenities were really good but hours were not great - closed too early. But overall hotel was a really good stay."

"The staff were very nice. Hotel style is cute. Unfortunately the noise makes it very difficult to sleep. Walls are very thin so you hear everything and my room overlooked the trash bins and you could hear every time the gate was open. Further, the headboard to the bed was stained and gross. Lastly I understood there were no closets but there’s also no luggage stand so either you’re accessing your suitcase on the floor or keeping it on the bed. "

"This hotel was everything I expected, but the grounds were the best part for me. Walked over to the pro shop and rented clubs (sleeve of balls and tees included) and played 9 holes despite a little rain. High tea at the castle was incredible. Staff was great without being pushy."

"Absolutely love love love this hotel. This was our second time staying here and will definitely be staying here every time we visit Ireland. The staff, food, drinks, and rooms are all fantastic. "Great location in Cong. Close to everything. Parking wasn't a problem. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only advice is that they don't have an elevator/lift. If you're on the second floor, you will have to haul your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. Also, like most places in Ireland, no wash clothes. "
