"We really enjoyed our stay at The Twelve Hotel. Our family suite was perfect for our family of 4, with two separate bedrooms. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was really well decorated. We loved the bar downstairs and all the quirky touches."

"The hotel was above excelent with one exception: no lift. The room was down three levels, and we had five heavy pieces. There were no carts to move the luggage along one level. People were struggling to get up mutiple sets of stairs. One set, in the breakfast area, was hard to climb with a plate or a cup. If the hotel installs a lift, I would be happy to give C,onnemara Coast Hotel my ringing endorsement."

"My daughter and I stayed one night. We were able to keep our luggage safely there until check out time. Staff were very helpful. Nice big relaxation room with tables and delicious chai at the cafe. Room was small but had everything we needed, very clean. Salthill area is a walk into Galway city center but many restaurants in close walking distance to Nest. Would stay again."
