"Check in/out time on Hotels.com is 3pm/1pm. We requested an early check in weeks in advance and were told that check in was at 3 and they didn’t make any effort to get us in early. Fine, we get it. The day of, we messaged and asked again on a whim if we could get in early. This time we were told that check in “began” at 3:30. So after the listed time. We had already been sitting around since our flight landed at 7am and for them to try pushing back check in past the stated time was just...
