"Variety of cold cuts, cheeses, lox for breakfast along with yogurts, cereal and assortment of artisan breads. Really liked the offering of local dish made of crushed tomatoes, oil and seasoned salt. There was a la carte options available with different options for eggs and pancakes. Dinner was equally exquisite with delicious a la carte options.
Gym has mostly cardio equipment consisting of a few bikes, elliptical machine and treadmills. Free weights and a bench. I would prefer to have a better outfitted gym given it’s a “wellness” resort.
Spa and saunas were clean and not crowded at all. Perhaps it has to do with the time of the year and March-April being the slow season which was great for us!
They did struggle with providing timely service and so the wait time for breakfast/dinner was quite long (up to 30 min)
Once you get past the idea that everything has to be quick - it becomes very enjoyable. We would come back around the same time next year to take advantage of no crowds!!"
