This hotel was nothing fancy, you're literally paying for convenience. It's mixed in with residential and hotels so it's not an up to date area. But walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Our balcony door did not lock properly but it wasn't a big deal for us. Towels were limited. If you're going to be out all day then this hotel is a good deal.

The hotel has a very good location. The beach and the promenade are only 3 minutes walk away. But the hotel rooms are not so big. I recommend to book with balcony. We had a balcony. The room without a balcony is too small.

Towels are old, there’s sticky stuff on the surfaces, were not cleaned at all, the bathroom sink was not clean, toilet was also not cleaned properly, the sliding door to the patio was opened when i got to my room, TV was old and barely works, the AC works good at least and the hot shower. Staff were nice.

It was really good walking distance from the beach! It’s nice and clean and has a lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked the courtyard view room and got a view of the street still. I really enjoyed our stay here.

Okay for a short stay

The walls are very thin, you can hear the other neighbours from all directions. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep, especially at weekends. The location is excellent.

Overall a nice place for a solo traveller (I was in a single person room), though perhaps not the best value for the price, and there were a few deficincies. The check-in process was relatively slow and complicated. There is an online check-in option, but I don't know if it saves time or not. The restaurant was closed for like a year (and the bar was only partly working), but the hotel description still lists restaurant on premise. This was rather important, since the room has nothing except mini-fridge (though, at least, it had plenty of empty space inside). Granted there are places to eat all around, but still. There were several other minor discrepancies between online description, in-room booklet, and the reality. There isn't much space, and not a lot of workspace, though there is a small table and soft chair, but without a backrest, and no power plug near the table, unless you disconnect the fridge. In fact, there is only one free plug near the bed, and that's not enough. But overall the hotel does its job, it's well maintained, with daily cleaning. There is a rack on the balcony for drying clothes, though it faces the interior, so it takes about 24 hours to dry things. The location is excellect, just a few minute walk to the beach and the promenade with stores and places to eat, and a bus stop right across the street. Not sure about car parking, but there is a place for 4 bicycles, which is apparently enough, since I haven't seen a single one there throughout my stay.

Pochissimo da dire, dato che, per delle vacanze come quelle che fanno una coppia giovane a Maiorca. L'Hotel ha l'essenziale per quello che la città e l'isola chiede. Tutti in reception, sia di giorno, che di notte, sono stati sempre gentili. I servizi che l'hotel offre a che soggiorna come computer, stampante e sala divani non l'ho usata per motivi di settimana intensa di attività. Camera pulita con balcone, semplice ma efficace per mettere i panni bagnati al sole. Zona ottima, 5 minuti dritto per arrivare al mare.
