"Do not stay here. Grossly overpriced. We were literally the only single guests in the entire hotel which was incredibly creepy and made us feel unsafe. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird. They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult. "This hotel was beyond perfect for our purposes. It was a sanctuary of calm just far enough away from bustling downtown Bariloche and yet a very easy drive to all of the area’s amazing natural attractions. We had a vehicle so we wanted to avoid any surprise parking concerns / fees, which likely would have been the case in-town. All of the staff were completely professional and could not have been more kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!"
