"Great property for a get together with friends. There’s 3 on suite rooms and a double bedroom downstairs’ with a bathroom close by, there is also a twin room which is small but a nice room, ‘BUT’ you do have to go downstairs to use the loo, as the two bedrooms upstairs are on suite. That was the only fault we could find(if there’s 10 sharing) with this immaculate house. The pool table was well used by us all, as was the outside sitting areas and the hot tub. "We had a nice spacious room, if on the top floor of the nearby Ty Dre Town House. It was very quiet and we slept well in the very big and comfortable bed. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. We only stopped two nights but ate, both nights, in the Black Boy. It had a good range of meals of locally sourced ingredients. Between us, we tried four, all delicious, possibly more generous helpings than we needed! I also found a very nice local real ale pint ~ so good, I managed 3 each night!"

"The property was clean and the room had nice sea views. The rooms are in a converted house next to the Indian restaurant at the site. They are as mentioned in the description accessed via stairs .. quite a few although was offered help with bags. The main negative factor is the location. We arrived and witnessed an altercation on the street in the mid-afternoon with a women punched in the face. The police attended. We looked for other food options but only fish and chips available nearby. which were good but not much choice of eateries near by. We booked for two nights stay but found a better option out of Bangor for the second night. Not a reflection on the accommodation or staff but rather the location."

"Room was very clean but bath was cracked and shower screen leaked all over the floor so got out of shower and there was more water onnthe floor than ran down the drain, stayed in the townhouse on the opposite side of the road and was very quiet indeed, rooms are named after colours and I was in the room named "scarlet" needless to say EVERYTHING was red, not really to my taste but was quite a quirky thing. Bed was very comfortable and staff were extremely pleasant as well. Would definitely stay again"
