and he felt most welcome and even got a doggy gift box. The food was excellent both dinner and breakfast. I always tell how good the chef is by the scrambled egg and it was 1st Class. Spotless bedroom and facilities, lovely little bar and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely make a return trip. Thank you for making our stay so special."

with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time "

"The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and well equipped. It was ideally situated for touring around the area, and even though the apartment was in the town, it was quiet and only a few minutes walk to shops and eating places. The owner was quick to respond to a query we had, and gave us useful information prior to our visit. A relaxing and enjoyable stay, plenty of places to visit and local walks. "

"Had an amazing time. The apartment was in great location with off rd car park around the back of property. Very spacious apartment for 2 and was spotless and had everything you need for a break away. The Blue Lion was just across road. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming. The locals made us feel like it was our local pub we made new friends for life iam sure. The pub served excellent food and nothing was too much trouble. Will be returning there soon hopefully."
