Truly Awful Location
The McDonalds drive thru runs right next to the hotel
You’ll have people sitting under the windows eating their meals-til 1 am!
The front door is just past the drive thru in a crowded, busy parking lot
Nothing like playing dodge cars to get the the pavement

this is the second time we stayed at white house. and i must admit that we most likely will always stay there if we happen to be in ljubjiana for a few days. it is a nice facility. newly renovated and very chic. best thing about it is it is very clean, perfect location - easy bike ride to old town, and next to a new mall which hosts one of best eurospa i have seen in europe (one of the best super markets i have seen really!) they also has free bike rental. and they have some of the best free coffee! it is totally fine for two people. first time we spent only one night on our way from budapest to trieste; this time we spent 3 nights. and i always book a suite with a living room equipped with a sofa bed. but i would not recommend any longer as the space is quite small. bathroom is small esp the shower - water pressure is great but the shower space is so small, one has to be really careful not to accidentally shutoff the shower as the switch is one of those "lift handle"type. kitchen is not practical. i wish they would do without the kitchen to give more living space. and instead of a 4 burner stove top and full size oven, a simple microwave would do - i find it hard to believe anyone actually cooks there.

Although initially there was a mix up we stayed in their newly opened hotel right next to the White House.The room was spacious and modern and the staff so friendly and helpful.

super clean, everything is new and well maintained! not super big but the apartment has EVERYTHING even washing machine, dish washer and paper towel! comfy bed, even the sofa bed was good for sleeping. great shower! staff were super friendly and spoke very good english. what surprised me was that they have bikes you can borrow and it is only 2.5 miles from the old town. ljubljana has dedicated bike lane, one of most cycling friendly places i have ever been to. i originally wanted a place in old town but did not want to struggle with parking our big car, so i picked the WH. did not know i could easily bike to old town. truly the best of two worlds. we spent only one night there on our way to trieste from budapest, so we did not get to use any of the appliances in the apartment.but there are many mercado on the road, would be very easy to spend days here. we plan to come back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Bela Hisa. It was close to old Ljubljana by car. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Service was excellent.

Parfait pour un passage à Ljubljana en famille (4)
Nous avons apprécié la localisation dans Ljubljana (a quelques minutes en voitures du centre), un appartement suffisamment grand pour quatre (nous sommes restés une nuit mais pour cela aurait été pour 2/3 nuits) ainsi que la place de parking . L’appartement était propre excepté le sol (nous l’avons vu à la couleur de nos pieds…)

Buona soluzione un po' fuori dal centro.
Posizione fuori dal centro, ma comoda per chi viaggia in auto, con parcheggio gratuito davanti all'albergo. Stanza carina e pulita, unico fastidio la musica lasciata accesa giorno e notte nel corridoio, che si sente di notte nella camera. Il prezzo è valido.

Thank you for your review and thank you gor staying in White house. The music in the corridor is actualy ambiental music, and it's on all day and night. Our guests don't hear the music in the room since door is sound isolated. We will check how you could hear the music in the room.

Super schöner Zwischenstopp in Stadtnähe
Super schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das einzige negative war, dass es außen Nachts recht laut war und man mit offenem Fenster nicht schlafen konnte. Allerdings waren wir nur eine Nacht da. Ob das dauererhaft so ist kann man nicht sagen.

Appartamento bellissimo. Tutto nuovo e sistemato con cura. Studiato nei minimi particolari. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è decentrata ma in macchina in 10 minuti si è nel centro di Lubiana. Consigliatissimo

Consiglio questo hotel!! Pulito , stanze ampie e personale gentilissimo. Caffè gratuito. Rimane a qualche km dal centro ma se si parcheggia al Tivoli a 60 centesimi ogni ora si raggiunge il centro

Belle appartement une chambre avec divan lit. Moderne avec toute les commodités. Par contre le Wi fi dans l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas ce qui nous a déçu et il y avait un peu de bruit provenant du restaurant Mc Donald juste à côté (service à l'auto pendant la nuit). Dans l'ensemble je recommande mais essayer d'obtenir un appartement à l'opposé du McDo.

Thank you for your review. Internet situation is now under control :) About rooms and apartments, we do not have opposite of McDonalds, it is just option for choosing between low ground floor with terrace, high floor and 2nd floor (all with common terrace).
