Vale a pena

Na primeira noite foi-nos dado um quarto muito pequeno virado para as traseiras.... pouco acolhedor para quem ia ficar 3 noites. Solicitei mudança de quarto e deram-nos um no dia seguinte bastante maior e virado para a praça central. O Hotel em si precisa de obras (alguns melhoramentos); nota-se ter sido feito qualquer coisa, mas a alguma degradação começa a estar à vista.

Confermato parcheggio free ma...

Struttura 3 stelle non adeguata alla categoria, no frigo, no cassaforte. Posizione ottima in centro ma problematica per il parcheggio auto che è solo a pagamento e riservato ai residenti nel raggio di oltre un km (presso la struttura 15 euro al giorno), in compenso per chi si sposta con i mezzi pubblici la fermata è sotto l'hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile a risolvere i problemi. Pulizia: bagno puzzolente (giustificazione: è un problema di vicinanza al canale). Nel complesso buono per un paio di giorni.

Al mio arrivo ho avuto la spiacevolissima sorpresa di essere informato che la camera non era disponibile per un imprevisto. Questi signori mi hanno dirottato su un'altra struttura che aveva una camera a dir poco fatiscente. Naturalmente i responsabili dell'Hotel Ariston si sono ben guardati da avvisare Hotels.com gestendo (male) la situazione in autonomia. Ho contattato l'efficientissima assistenza di Hotels.com informandoli dell'accaduto. Grazie a loro mi hanno trasferito in una struttura di livello nel giro di pochi minuti. In conclusione: ottima la gestione di Hotels.com, pessimo il giudizio su come la struttura ha gestito l'imprevisto

Desastroso

Me fue pésimo. Me querían dar una habitación en mal estado. No eran las fotos que están en la página. Sin aire acondicionado.primero me dijeron q era porque había pagado una habitación sin aire (?) Y después me dijeron que el técnico no había venido a reparar. Yo me fui espantada de ese lugar horrible y no me reintegraron nada de mi dinero.
