Positive: It’s a great place, great staff and it’s great place to stay before visiting Susvelei.they offer many tours and can help you with an itinerary and transportation as a package.
Negative: the wifi didn’t work. Not sure if this is an on going issue or just when we were there. The pool water is extremely cold in the winter. I wish they had a way to warm the water or turn it into a Jacuzzi. I wish dinner included more traditional Namibian food options to try instead of mainly western food.
