"This property is intentionally and consistently upgrading the guest experience. Their systematic attention to guest comfort has been evident in upgrades to individual rooms, the expansion of television channels, and regular maintenance of the property. You can pay more at one of the other properties in Storm Lake, but you won't find friendlier staff or a more comfortable (and quieter) room. Stay here and treat yourself."

"I had a great stay at the Storm Lake Super 8. The staff is very friendly, and the motel is very clean and comfortable. They even let me borrow a phone charger from the front desk since I forgot mine at home, very nice. I will definitely stay here again."

"Staff is always helpful and courteous. Very considerate as well. During this trip I accidently left 2 bags in the reception area and they contacted me to verify if they were mine. I was able to have family nearby retrieve and secure the bags for me."

"Excellent room, noticeably better than most hotels -- a bit bigger, better condition, nicer beds, just all-around higher quality than most. Very clean. And maybe it was just the nice weather, but when the AC unit came on, it generally only had to stay on briefly, and then it was quiet again for a long time -- and it stayed very comfortable. It was also quite a bit quieter than most other hotels. Plus, on the ground floor, the rooms have patio doors opening right by the parking lot, which makes it easier to load and unload. On top of that, you can go out the back door and are only about 30' from the door of the bar & grill next door, which has good food, drinks, and service. I truly wish all hotels were this nice!"
