"Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, nicht wirklich gut, aber auch nicht wirklich schlecht. Der Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthaltes entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Zum Beispiel war die Rezeption sehr schnell überfordert, das Servicepersonal war mehrheitlich unfreundlich, abgesehen vom Chef des Service beim Frühstück und des Reinigungspersonals. Das Essen war o.k. Die Anlage sowie das Zimmer waren sauber. Was störend war, war, dass es beim Frühstück nicht genügend Platz für alle Gäste...

"We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is good, as there's a bus stop almost outside and 2 supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. The hotel is nice and cozy. Breakfasts have great variety and super tasty."

"This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."

The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. "Hotel veramente bello, camere molto pulite e spaziose, nonostante sia su una strada statale è molto silenzioso. In più c'è una bellissima spa, un po' piccina ma molto graziosa 😊. Colazione molto buona e anche al ristorante dell'hotel si mangia davvero bene "
