"The Halyard was exceptional. It’s so clean, well appointed, and everything smells really nice! (That may sound strange but the products they use are very pleasant…) We really enjoyed the location: walking distance to the water, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Great value really. "

"This is a lovely hotel and in a great location for the M&S Arena and Liverpool City Centre. Almost everything about the hotel was great but the check in was not, our room wasn't ready even though we were there after the check in time, apparently unless you check in online beforehand this isn't guaranteed so that would be my top tip for you! As we had a restaurant booked we had to leave our bags and get ready in the disabled toilets of the hotel reception - not ideal even though they were big enough and very clean. "
