"No breakfast, took me four times to get a room, the bottom ones have sliding glass doors to parking lot with one tiny latch, smelled like smoke, the outside doors are broken so key cards dont work on them, was there 4 days nobody ever cleaned my room, got no new towels , ran out of toilet paper, ..."
