This hotel is close to the streetcar stop as well as many dining options. Hot breakfast is a nice amenity. Hotel is clean and staff is helpful .

Staff couldn't turn on the lights in the fitness center. Pelaton bike in fitness center seems to require a subscription to use. Fairly long walk from parking garage to hotel. Outdoor Pool isn't open yet in early May. Free breakfast OK. No light above desk in room so you'll have to work 'in the dark'.

Have to park in perking garage and pay $15. Took a shower at 1 am hot water was consistent but took a shower at 9:45 am and had to adjust water 2 times due to it cooling down and then lost almost all pressure but was done and just shut it off.

I stayed here for four days in March 2024. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and speedy at check-in. Housekeeping staff were kind and attentive. The location was great; rideshare pickup times were minimal some of Little Rock’s best restaurants and local shops are within walking distance. The property could use some updating — particularly some of the room’s furniture and bathroom fixtures.

The young lady (I believe her name was Leticia) at the reception desk was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. The manager was exceptionally nice and friendly as well. It was a pleasant stay.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk and we waited for 10 minutes to check in. There was hair on our bathroom floor. The breakfast was less than impressive; no waffle batter, minimal options as many things were not refilled on day 1 and on day 2 safely there was even less. The room next to us was up until 4am making loud noise with voices, music, and banging around rattling our walls.

The only complaint was there was not enough parking. You have to pay $15 to park in the garage, but there is no guarantee you will have a spot because there are VERY few. Other than that, it was great!
