"Love the shuttle service to the airport. Mum was nit able to use the shower over the bath and would have had difficulty getting to second level. Thankfully able to change rooms. Restaurant had lively food however the poor staff member was very busy. "

"Excellent hotel stay!! Staff was so nice and wonderful, very welcoming . Room was clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable In the lobby they serve fresh hot and cold tea. In the room is instant coffee , tea. They have a fridge and a safe in the room too Very convient location, close to botanical gardens, 20 minute walk to the center of Christchurch "

"The room was far better than I was expecting. I was impressed by my large roof balcony (although far too wet and windy to use it on my visit) and the lovely view to the Botanic Gardens from it. Comfortable bed, the heating worked and a nice bathroom. Only improvement I can think of is a desk and chair, as I got a kink in my back from trying to work on my laptop off the bedside table. It's walkable from here. The Botanic Gardens across the road is worth a visit. There's a restaurant/café next door. Bus 8 from the airport has a stop not too far away, so that's convenient. I would stay here again and recommend this to others."

"Great check in ( especially with online check on offer ) , room clean and tidy and everything you need.. great to have 1 hour free parking especially for family picking up and dropping off! Thanks to friendly reception staff for accomodating our late check out due unforeseen medical circumstances! "
