"Very friendly staff. Amazing lovely hotel. Very open and relaxed, outside is a nice area to sit and has an area where they have games / activities which is great. England were playing and they’d set up a conference room with a screen. Dinner and bar area clean. Dinner was great. We don’t have breakfast. ..."

"It’s a double standard room but just a double bed and even no table or anything I can put my pizza on. The reception hasn’t tell me need a code to leave the car park when check in so need to go back and ask for it. Overall not a good experience."

"Staff were amazing, welcoming, with a great sense of humour. The evening meal was delicious. Nice clean room. The breakfast was the best bit, cooked to perfection and the view of the river whilst I devoured it only enhanced the taste. Grand!"

"Whose bright idea was it to put a thick duvet on the bed on the hottest night of the year? I would have appreciated being told in advance that the room wasn't going to be serviced every day. Bathroom mirror a couple of inches too low. Nice breakfast, with generally friendly staff."
