"we booked the room for the pool and hot tub but when we had arrived, the pool room was closed. i give a bad rating for the false advertisement of there being a pool ready to use."

"There was suppose to be free breakfast. Saturday there was just coffee, Sunday there was coffee and granola bars.
Lights were all off in the breakfast area at 7 am. No one was around until 8am."

"I gave it a 3 because the maintenance person tried to be helpful even though there was a limit on resources. Most of the rooms had sustained water damage so I was the only guest in street side of the building so the best part was how quiet it was day and night. Had the place to myself, even the office. The cell coverage and WiFi did not reach into the room. "
