The proximity to the dive boat and the dive company staff were amazing. The music from Mambo beach one night was pretty loud but it was nice to have the option of nightlife within walking distance"

"I reserved an ocean view room through Hotels.com, and during the booking process I was offered a paid upgrade to a master room that was advertised with a Roman-style bathtub, which was the main reason I agreed to pay an additional $400. However, upon arrival, the room I received did not have a bathtub at all. When I raised this issue with the hotel, I was told that the photographs shown online were not accurate, and they insisted I was in the correct upgraded room. This left me paying an extra $400 for a feature that did not exist. When I requested a proper correction, I was offered an alternative room, but the condition of that room was unacceptable and far below expectations. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, as I feel I was misled by inaccurate advertising and did not receive the upgraded experience I paid for."

"Stayed in the ocean front rooms and it was amazing! The staff are incredible and easy access and walking to restaurants. Loved the cabana at the beach, the pool area is quiet and relaxing, endless views of ocean. Classy modern mcm decor in the lobby, rooms are modern decor, groceries on site if needed. Thank you so much for the very thought anniversary dessert, flowers and generosity. Hospitality top notch!"
