Macdonald Alveston Manor Hotel & Spa
The main hotel is characterful and pleasant. I found my room in one of the newer blocks to be noisy, more so when a table tennis table was erected under my window. Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford
The room was small, bedding didn’t feel luxurious at all, pillows very thin. The doors to the rooms were not soundproof so you can hear everything in the corridor. Cosy 1 bedroom cottage in The Cotswolds
