Everything about this hotel was amazing!!! Will definitely stay here again. The service from the front desk, to the valet to the restaurant staff was phenomenal. Highly recommend breakfast at Junior’s - our server, Thomas, was great. Thank you Hilton at Resorts World for making our stay a great one!!!

Room had woman's underwear in the closet. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom floor was tired. Front desk management were aggressiveand confrontational. Mass produced tourism. Will not be returning.

The place is beautiful. Our stay at the Conrad was very pleasant and calm. The room was always cleaned no matter the time. Yasani from front desk took care of me and did great! I will always come back here since the resort is new. It doesn’t get hectic as the other resorts where there’s plenty of people. I used Zoox for free all the time, which saved me hundreds of dollars from ubering.
