"You will not get any support from staff if you check-in when they're not there. Heat wasn't working in my room and I called the number and talked to the hotel staff, he said he's sending someone but no one ever came. I tried calling again multiple times after and even Expedia tried reaching out to the hotel staff but they just didn't respond at all. There were stains in the bed sheets and towels and shower was leaking. I'd avoid this property at all costs."

"The room was good, but the reception wasn't. I arrived at 2 o'clock, the check-in time, and was informed by the receptionist that my room wasn't ready. "You are welcome to sit there and wait until it's ready." 'Why is it not ready? ' "Because they are still cleaning it." "Why wasn't it cleaned on time?" "Oh, there is a staff shortage. There is a bug going around.' I'm paying $500 a night for this room. I expect better than this." No response, no apology. She didn't care. After about 20 minutes, I was told my room was ready. I had never arrived at a good hotel and was told my room wasn't ready. And I don't usually book a $ 500-a-night hotel! I paid about half that price for the previous hotel, and it was very good. Very disappointed with The Muse!! Although I must say the room was very good. Lovely views!! I also acknowledged the next two receptionists, who, when I told them what had happened, did their best to make up for the first experience. "
