"Other than the tub and sink being clogged up the room was really nice and clean. There was a stain on the sheets but I do believe the sheets were clean just maybe a stubborn stain. Hotel is beautiful. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional."

"We made the trip from Charleston, SC to Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta for the Cowboy Carter Beyoncé concert on July 14th. This was an amazing experience! While we were waiting for our Lyft to take us downtown to a few bars, we had a few drinks at the hotel bar. The staff was incredible and made the whole experience so much fun. We had a few laughs and drinks, and we couldn’t bear to leave the hotel bar, but we had to get to the concert. Thanks a million to all the staff who made us feel so comfortable and made our trip that much more enjoyable. "

While the original room we were given was not what we originally booked (no kitchen), they more than made up for this the following day by upgrading our room. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is beautiful! The food in the attached speakeasy was delicious. "
