Considering the price, this was a great value option in the Medoc wine region. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The reception staff are great. The only thing that could have improved our stay was having more to do around the hotel with young children. With the outdoor pool out of action we were able to use the indoor pool at lunchtime and dinner time each day but otherwise there wasn't much to do. It would be great for example if they could install some petanque courts...

I loved every minute of my time at Maison Pavlov. The owners and staff were personable, helpful and accommodating during my stay at this beautiful property. The building is impeccably decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfast - especially the home made waffles - was delicious and the garden was a haven of relaxation. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I felt cosseted and cared for throughout and would return in a heartbeat.

I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. Really close to the airport with easy access to Bordeaux. I went with my son to go to a GunsnRoses concert at the Matmut Stadium. Hotel room was spotless with really comfy beds with choice of pillows. Coffee and tea in the room. Buffet breakfast with lots of fruit and frozen yoghurt. Small amount of bacon and sausage. Small pool to sit around in the sunshine also gym and sauna. Would stay there again.

Can't really fault this hotel. Reception staff and restaurant /breakfast staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone spoke English if you can't speak French as well. Stayed in a deluxe room on the first floor facing the main road. Although there was passing traffic you couldn't hear a thing due to the triple glazing.
