A beautiful heritage building type of Hotel. Located in an almost European street with lots of attractions nearby. Extremely well kept. Hospitality was excellent, as expected. Wide variety of food. Standard room was not good. I changed to different room. Staffs were excellent and very cooperative and accommodating us very well. Good location near Marine Drive. But too far from the airport.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by wonderful staff. Food was great, room was perfect. Beautiful hotel, well decorated and designed. The staff are genuine and really care about their guests. Perfect airport transfer service too. Stay here!

Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a delightful hotel in every way and the terrace pool is nice too.

The staff are genuinely happy to help guests. Rarely seen & experienced this level of service. A special thank you to Mr. Vignesh who went out of all the way to help us find our medicine during the wee hours. Can't afford to miss out on the delicious food from the restaurant, the Chef made sure we've had priorities sorted. Rooms were extremely clean and the housekeeping girls made us feel homely. Loved the day we spent at the hotel.
