"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"

"Hotel was safe wirh parki g facilities Hot tub and swimming pool Place was very clean and tidy. Staff is nice. Hotel was crowded. We had a shrt break with family"
