Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. "Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food.
It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view!
The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner.
We ate in the hotel on just one of the evenings and have to say it was probably our best meal in Bellagio.
The staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
