Comfortable for families!
We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz.

Space enough apartment. Little bit old but well equiped. Sink in bathroom plugged. A lot of parking space around building. Few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and city center. Good communication with Highway. Perfect and completely non touch contact with reception.

First of all, when we arrived at the place, we didn't have a clue as to how which building or which floor or which room our room was in because apparently we were supposed to receive an email with a code that we put in at the entrance to receive our keys through a dial-in instrument. We did not receive that email, and when we called the place, they told us we were supposed to receive it, asked for my email again, and to this day we still haven't received it. Anyway they gave us the code over the phone and got our keys eventually. Our room was absolutely filthy, the floors were covered in thick dust, the pots, pans, dishes, forks and spoons were all dirty with whatever old food the previous people had eaten. Half of the light bulbs were either not working or missing. The sofa bed had stains on it, and when we folded it open we saw a lot of crumbs and dirt in the fold. The coffee machine doesn't work properly as well. It's a shame, because the apartment is nicely designed, but it was just filthy and at the price we are paying, it is beyond unacceptable. Will never come back here again, and recommend against.

This is apartment style accomodation and we found it to be spacious, particularly as we booked a 2 bedroom apartment for just the two of us as a single bedroom apartment was not available at the time. The location was good, being close to the river and not too far from the older part of Linz and the shopping district. Public transport to the train station was just around the corner. Prior to arrival communication with the property was efficient, friendly and clear. One piece of guidance that could be added to the information folder in the apartment is a reminder that the city tax needs need to be paid and can be paid on site before you leave. We received an invoice after departure but would have preferred to deal with it prior to leaving the city (and country). Overall we enjoyed our stay at etagerie and would be happy to stay there again.

This was THE absolute best Place we ever stayed at as a Family! Lukas gave us so much help and even kent us his Personal smoothie maker so we could make smoothies in the morning! How Sweet is that?! If I could give Etagerie Linz 100 stars out of 5, I would ! Stellar in every way!!!

Der Schlechteste Check-In meines Lebens. Es werden sehr unseriös Kreditkartendaten gefordert. Ohne jegliche Ahnung von IT/ Cyber Kriminalität. Zimmer und Standort waren soweit okay allerdings könnte die Sauberkeit etwas besser sein vor allem im Badezimmer.

Insgesamt war alles ok, unser Appartement war ebenerdig und daher viel Straßenlärm. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Aber alles hat funktioniert und war sauber. Ich musste im Vorfeld öfter anrufen weil es nicht automatisch zugeschickt wurde aber schlussendlich hat alles geklappt und wir waren zufrieden.

Wir sind durch die Mitarbeiter vor Ort nett begrüsst worden. Nach der Schlüsselübergabe, wurde uns die schöne Ferienwohnung direkt gegenüber der Donau gelegen gezeigt. Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen und können die Etagerie von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub ☺

Super beliggende lejlighed. Nem indtjekning. Rimelig leje. Varm, da ikke mulighed for gennemtræk eller køling. 28 til 30 grader udenfor. Ikke mulighed for håndvask efter toiletbesøg, før flere håndtag er berørt. Forbedringsforeslag, en god idé med en håndspritter på toilettet.

お部屋は広くて大満足です。 テレビが二つのベッドルームにありましたが、1つは見ることができませんでした。設定方法の説明が無いため、トライしての結果ダメでした。電子レンジが無かったです。洗濯機もあると思っていたのですがありませんでした。リンツにはコインランドリーが無いので長期滞在にはキツイです。場所もバス停前で良かったです。ただ本数は少ないです。荷物がなければ歩いて買い物には行けます。

Appartement spacieux, moderne et très bien situé. Il se trouve directement en face du Danube et à seulement 5 minutes de marche du centre historique. La cuisine est grande et bien équipées. Je le recommande vivement.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Die Formalitäten sind sehr einfach. Die Dusche schimmelt in den Ecken, im Bad waren Haare an den Wänden( Bart und Kopf)

Wunderbare Einrichtung, hervorragende Lage. Die einzige Problematik war, dass es in der Nähe keine Parkplätze ohne Gebühr gibt. Höchstparkdauer 1,5 Stunden für 3,00 Euro oder ein teures Parkhaus beim Brucknerhaus.

Apartments an der Donaulände
Die Apartments sind in einer 60er Jahre Wohnhausanlage, unmittelbar an der Donaulände. Meines war nicht Richtung Donau, daher war es auch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war liebevoll renoviert, das Mobiliar teilweise im Originalzustand, ein Tischchen in Nierenform ist mir besonders aufgefallen, allerdings ebenfalls renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig, es fehlt nichts. Falls es etwas zu bemängeln gab, dann die Lampe im Schlafzimmer: Sie gibt das Licht nur in Homöopathischen Dosen ab. Der Rest der Wohnung ist gut beleuchtet.

Its not a Hotel, keys are in safe upon phonecall. Flat was completely renovated and nice inc. kitchen. Wifi passw not presented. Local tax 2 EUR/night not included. Parking over night gratis, by day pay at clocks or at city (hotel). At TV are hundreds of programs mostly bloked (are not paid)

Überraschung in Linz
Vor der Anreise erhielt ich einen Code für ein Schlüsselsafe zugesendet, damit konnte ich beim Hauseingang meinen Schlüssel entnehmen. Dann musste ich in dem Sozialbau die Steige und Wohnung suchen. Es handelt sich also NICHT um ein Hotel sonder in einer Sozialwohnanlage verteilte, 2-Zimmer-Wohnungen. Entsprechend die Gänge und Wohnungstüren. Die Wohnungen selbst sind saniert und angenehm. KEIN HOTELAMBIENTE, KEINE Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen, KEIN tägliches Zimmerservice / Reinigung, alles bleibt so wie man es nach dem Schlafen verlässt, inkl Papierkorb. Dafür sehr praktisch. Hätte das eher als Ferienwohnung eingeordnet.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen. Die kostenfreien Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage waren natürlich auch klasse. Ein Backofen in der Unterkunft wäre schön gewesen, allerdings hat das unseren Aufenthalt keinesfalls negativ beeinflusst. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Die Unterkunft buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wohnen mitten im Gemeindebau!
Zunächst war mir nicht bewusst, dass es sich bei dieser Unterkunft um KEIN Hotel handelt. Daher hatte ich ein Frühstück erwartet. Leider musste ich stattdessen um 8:00 im Urlaub zum Auto laufen um Parkscheine auszufüllen (1 €/30 min, max 1,5 h). Es handelt sich um Wohnungen, die mitten im Gemeindebau liegen. Zufahrt mit dem Auto um das Gepäck auszuladen war nicht möglich. Obwohl ich für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht hatte gab es nur ein ausklappbares Sofa im Wohnzimmer, dass für ein Kind ausreichend war. Das zweite Kind musste auf einem ausklappbaren Sessel schlafen, der sowohl im Kopf- als auch im Fussbereich abfällt (d.h. Kopf und Füsse hängen nach unten). Die billigen Federkernmatratzen im Doppelbett waren höchstens Mindeststandard. Selbst der Betreiber URBANAUTS konnte kein weiteres Bett bereitstellen. Einen täglichen Service gab es keinen (d.h. Reinigung, Bett, Handtücher). Um € 100/Nacht bekommt man bessere Angebote inkl. Service.
