AC in my room didn't see like it matched the temperature setting and my bed was too firm for me. The staff was great from start to finish and the amenities in the hotel was great. There's a gym, washining machine area, fast service for room needs.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM due to a flight delay and expected to still be able to check in. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk.
