"This hotel far exceeded our expectations it was more like a mini resort and wished we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights.. perfect for exploring the local attractions and only 40-45mins to Alton Towers. The room we had was a 2 bed apartment in the main building, which was much bigger than the photos. "The hotel itself was lovely as was the room and bathroom. Sadly the bed itself was really hard as was the pillows. The bedroom was really hot as well and even though we had a window that opened t wouldn’t stay open. We also had a fan in our room of the hotels and one we bought with us but the room stayed incredibly hot. Woke up with the most horrendous headache."

"This hotel is situated in the midst of a college campus. Access requires navigating through a Security gate and though parking is adequate the hotel location is less than ideal. The hotel itself is a large complex which requires walking a fair distance to access hotel facilities. The rooms do not have air conditioning which can be an issue during hot weather. I believe the staff to be very helpful and considerate. The room itself was clean with good decor. We found the bar to be well supplied but on the expensive side compared to other local establishments. Overall, our stay was pleasant and is probably ideal for college professors, parents and visitors to the college campus, for others, not so much."
