"Hotel staff were excellent, friendly, professional and by far the best reason to re-book. The hotel itself was very clean, located near professional buildings/courts and some eateries within walking distance. The room was clean as well and nicely proportioned with some of the best mattresses/bedding I've experienced. Only slight downside was the breakfast bar--the food and choices were ample and very good (especially the made to order omelets and waffles) but the setting was less than clean and rather worn--not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. All in all, a great place to stay and would definitely book again."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful. They made sure we had a room that was easy to get to from the side door for my elderly mom. We spent two nights visiting family in the lobby and it was comfortable for us to do so. Obviously our room was not cleaned well because we found a pair of prescription glasses in the floor by the chair in the room. They had a decent breakfast, but we only used it once. Never used pool area but it looked nice. Lobby was a bit noisy at times, but I liked the fact that staff turned away a customer who they could tell would be a problem. Overall, I would stay there again. Sits behind Cracker Barrel and across road from gas station, so that’s a plus!"

"I was very impressed how clean it was. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. My only issue was there were no towels or washcloths in our room. The housekeeper forgot to leave them."

"Very impressed with this hotel. I believe for the price of a room lately it should be a nice stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. My only negative was the air conditioning units were pretty loud and in need of an update. We had two rooms and both had the same problem."

"The elevator was. Own and the staff knew about it but didn’t even bother telling people or put up a sign. I felt sorry for the elderly lady that was in a walker. She had to walk on the other side of the bldg to use the elevator. Staff also informed me that I cannot use the water in the clear container with spout bec that was intended for customers who would want water in a clear cup. I was like, what do you think I am, not a customer? I can waste plenty of those cups to refill my water bottle but I chose not to. Maybe instead of correcting a customer, she can simply fill the container on her down time so she doesn’t have to confront another possible person. Place was nice and clean with the exceptions of 2 lazy staff."

"It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. It was a typical breakfast. The pool was nice and relatively warm. There is a nice little patio off the pool. The ice cream machine was a big hit with the Grandkids. Jayden at the front desk was awesome. The bathroom has some dust around the edges of the room. Nice linens."
