"The main reason we came to this hotel is because of Letitia. (Sorry if I got the man wrong) but she was the BEST! Shuttle van came and picked us up right at 4:15pm. American Airlines is the worse. They are the reason we’re stuck there. The room wasn’t clean, our refrigerator still had food in it and pills on the counter. We were so exhausted we didn’t care to say anything. Thanks again Letitia for your great customer service."

"It was a wonderful stay overall! The location was extremely convenient, and the room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was also a fantastic highlight to start the morning. A special shoutout to Ashley at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her exceptional service made a great impression. Highly recommended!"

"Awkward to get into. You go thru a restaurant parking lot with lots of potholes. However, clean room, great AC, and very easy to get to airport. Good price and easy to get dinner nearby. Microwave wasn’t working in our room but there was one in the breakfast area we could use."

"The hotel was very nice. The staff was great. The hotel and our room was very clean and smelled good! The only thing I didn't care for was the bathroom sink didn't drain very well. We didn't try the breakfast because but it looked good."
