The hallways wreaked of cigarettes and the towels in our room had brown stains (assumedly someone’s poop). Carpets in the room were extremely sticky. Pay the extra $20 to stay somewhere else.

The towels were stained, we had zero soap and had to go ask for the dispensers to all be refilled (we really just needed hand soap), the old used coffee filter was still in the coffee maker, there was virtually no breakfast out. However, that being said, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Kinda seemed like they were underpaid.....

It was pretty average, it was a place to sleep with easy access to the freeway. The room was fine, it had normal wear and tear, although a few areas could’ve been a bit cleaner; the bathtub had a couple spots on it. The breakfast wasn’t much, the pancake machine and juice machine were out of order but there was toast, cereal, and yogurt. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

Could hear everything through the walls, shower noise, TV noise. Person in next room had the TV & music on loud at 3am, I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. All I wanted was a good nights sleep on a long road trip. Smelled marijuana in the building. Maybe offer fruit and tea for breakfast. Wont stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, but the hotel is old and rundown. Construction was going in the room above and the smell of pot in the hallway was off putting.

Facilities were fine. The absolutely poor breakfast overshadowed everything about the stay. NO selection - not even fruit ( only had cold ceral x2, yogurt,1 choice of pastry & mini pancakes that take forever to make) . Plus literally anything they did offer was out of order or gone. We did ask & wait for refills - and finally got coffee. Can NOT recommend staying here if you want breakfast included.

Well, it is a non-smoking hotel, and I ordered a smoking room thru your site. I would not of booked the room otherwise. It was too late in the day to find another hotel with smoking rooms, you need to fix that on your site.

The hotel was okay. Very small and rooms were very close together. I have a 2 and a 4 year old and we got in trouble for noise due to them laughing and being kids. It was only 7:30 pm so I’m not sure the issue with it. I wouldn’t recommend if you have children. But over all clean and the staff was very nice.

Great staff. Facilities are bare-bones, you get what you pay for. AC worked well. Only marginally cleaned, scum in tub, and shower drain didn’t work well. Coffee maker had thick layer of dust/buildup inside. Halls and room on upper floor smelled of tobacco and marijuana. Convenient location on NW side of city, close to downtown and State Correctional Facility.

Bathroom, bed, carpet, microwave, frig, and furniture all clean and in excellent condition. Ceiling has some spots of patches of paint falling off. Breakfast was great, but nothing given to drink for many days. No gym, no pool. No homeless people or bad people in parking lot. Price is cheaper online at main (popular) travel sites than at front desk.

The place is reasonably priced and relatively well maintained. There are some signs of aging such as no drain plug in the bathroom sink and doors that need painting. It's great for an overnight stay while traveling and has a better than average breakfast. No hot food, but you can make pancakes and there are oatmeal packages. Overall it's a good, inexpensive hotel. I would stay there again.

Overall not a clean room. Also I don’t like the fact that the owner is so high strung and berating his employee at the desk who is doing a good job. He was rude and interrupted my conversation and checkout with her.
