When calling out that was an amenity I booked for she just stated it shouldn’t have offered that and did not do anything else ..."

"No air conditioner. Accommodation in the room was very limited. Poor TV quality. Not a very nice place to stay no hot breakfast even tho room cause arms and legs I guess you just paid for the location. It is in the beach. Thats about it."
