Séjour très agréable et reposant, personnel très souriant et accueillant. Repas de qualité et chambre parfaite. Seule petite remarque, je suis un client régulier dans votre établissement et je trouve un peu déstabilisant tous ces changements de personnel à répétition depuis quelques temps...

The hotel was clean and safe even though it was surrounded by bodegas. It is kind of far from the main attractions like the Eiffel Tower, about a 35 min drive. No food close by.

Pour le confort, je préconise l’installation de clim pour les chambres. A mon arrivé dans la chambre 585, il faisait une chaleur étouffant, le petit ventilateur ne suffisait pas pour refroidir la chambre. Sinon personnelle de l’hôtel très sympa rien à dire sur la propreté.

Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était parfait. En revanche, le prix payé sur Hôtels.com est bien au dessus de la facture que m’a fourni l’hôtel sur place. Attention au soit disant offre promotionnelle que propose le site ou l’application. À 45€17 d’écart, il est préférable de passer directement par l’hôtel en appelant l’accueil.

Accueil à l'arrivée parfait

Fortement déçus par le petit déjeuner théoriquement prévu jusque 10h30 le dimanche, à peine 10h et plus de pain, plus de viennoiserie ... Après avoir réclamé et fait part de notre mécontentement la personne préposée nous a fait savoir qu'elle avait remis du pain à cuire, gentil de sa part, mais un peu tard !!!

Chambre pas prête à 18h avec check in déjà effectué le matin même, je demande une autre chambre (désolé Mr nous sommes complet) 1h30 plus tard je retourne voir, je vous propose une chambre avec 4 petits lits au 5eme etage sans ascenseur sous les toit, Chambre tres bruyante (vélux) départementale au pied de l’hotel. La pauvre personne à l’acceuil se fait crié dessus par chaque client (problème de carte de chambre, problème de réservation, chambre pas prête…)
