shuttle bus left without us when they knew what flight we arrived on
they did help us with a reservation for the wrong date but they weren't even close to being full so that should have been easy

The staff are amazing. The shuttle free and prompt. Amazing food. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely pool area. Supported us into the afternoon as flight late, at a reasonable price. We preferred it to the Hilton.

Nice clean room, good security protocols. I wish the transfer team had called out that the people with the baggage trolleys were not affiliated with the hotel and were expecting to be paid separately - but also on us for not understanding the culture, so no deduction in rating! Great hotel for overnight ...
