The hotel was central to the city for 3 night stay. Parking at the hotel was good but a surcharge per night. Plenty of places to eat in easy walking distance. Very good stay.

Bathroom had a sewer smell, and the room smelled of either paint or new materials but we were so tired from a very long drive, we still crashed in it. We had to keep the window open through the night. We wanted to use the parking but it is strictly by reservation and we did not remember seeing either the option or the notification to do so on Expedia at booking time. Personnel was pleasant and breakfast offering was on par with a Best Western brand.

Clean comfortable stay

Overall a nice stay, room is clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, really polite and helpful. It's only lost a star for me because the gym isn't really a gym, it's a treadmill and cross trainer in reception but the treadmill wasn't even working during my stay. Also it would have been helpful for the hotel to provide instructions on where the parking is as I struggled to locate it, and this made arrival to the hotel a little stressful.

A lovely hotel. Sorry we didn't get the name of the lady on reception of our arrival because she was so helpful and her english was good and tried to encourage me to try my french. Close to the old quarter. Room was a good size maybe put breakfast tea in the tray as well as flavoured tea.

The parking is tight and requires turning around of the car in an area that have maybe 10 inch in front and 10 inches in the back. Approaching the hotel on a busy road was challenging, the car park was behind double red doors which was not clearly marked. It would be useful for the hotel to inform future customers, when booking, of this issue. Apart from the parking, clean and comfortable.
