They charged us again for the room that has already been paid. They were very efficient in giving us our money back. But this could have been avoided if they have their records in order. The breakfast was simple but was good. The room is just ok. You can hear the noise from the street and the adjacent room. Overall, it’s just an ok hotel. Nothing fancy. Very basic.

Exactly what we needed for an inexpensive overnight. They helped us schedule airport transportation for 3am. 3 block away from Miraflores boardwalk - so nice. Restaurants nearly. Heads up, our room didn’t have ac, but the constant breeze was sufficient.

Nice no-frills hotel

Located in a nice, safe and quiet part of Miraflores - Lima, Peru. The staff is really friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist. They offer a simple but tasty breakfast to help get your day started. The room itself was rather basic, clean, and provided a warm shower and a comfortable bed.

A great little green Hotel !!

My stay in this wonderful little hotel was like living with my family, it couldn't be better, was 100% fantastic. Even that it was Winter time, the room was nice, the bathroom very clean, the closet big enough for my 14 days in the hotel. Mrs Lucy is a great cook for breakfast and the director of the orchestra ,Ms. Milly is a wonderful lady for the counter and I had a personal Taxi because Mr Milton does a wonderful service. I had the honor of a great counter gentleman, Enrick, he took care of the hotel at night in a great way. Thank you to all of you for a wonderful trip.

I had a problem with Expedia, they charged me twice for my last week and the property manager fight for me until they returned my money. The staff is very friendly, very clean, free breakfast and the location is excellent! Very happy!

The room was clean and well furnished, and the bed was comfortable. The service was excellent. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet.

In a nice neighborhood of Lima but still does give security for tourists. Rooms are on loud side due to outside traffic. Bathrooms including shower were quite cramped and shower without much water pressure. No hand towels or bathmats. Breakfast included eggs, bread with butter/jelly, drinkable yogurt and coffee.

Great service

Service was the best. Very welcoming. Rooms are not so comfortable and it can be noisy at night. Breakfast is really good. It’s okay if you want to save money and the location is great. They also offer shuttle transfer.

Small hotel in a great location in Miraflores. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The big issue was that it was very noisy at night- first because you can hear all the traffic, second- because a reception guy was watching a movie downstairs at a maximum volume the whole night. We had to leave early so don’t know about breakfast.

Only a small fan in the room…it was hotter in the room than outside. It was about 80 something degrees in the room so you had to keep the windows open. It was on not such a busy street but very loud because it was right next to the street. Couldnt sleep because of the heat and the noise. I booked for 3 days and they refused to give even a partial refund even though I only stayed for 4 hours because it was so bad

El lugar es conveniente para una o dos noches. Las facilidades estan limpias, el servicio es super atento y el desayuno muy bueno: yogur, café, pan, revueltos servidos con mucho amor. Debes saber que el lugar no es fancy pero está limpio. Un punto importante es que se escucha el ruido la avenida. El baño es un poco estrecho. Sin embargo la ubicacion es genial al igual que el precio.

Saludos desde P.R. El servicio es muy bueno y el desayuno. Honestamente el lugar se ve muy limpio. Pensé que las camas serían un poco mas grandes. El ruido de la avenida puede llegar a interrumpir el sueño, se escuchan los carros y todo lo que sucede afuera.

Todas as recepcionistas são muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Faltou água e internet um dia, mas foi culpa das obras na rua. O chuveiro é bem difícil sai pouca água e é difícil de ficar morno, é muito quente ou muito frio. O café da manhã é razoável.
