PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with. There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. You need to make personal arrangements or pay for a taxi.
Good, polite staff.
Spoke with the manager who was also very nice, polite and attentive, however the hotel itself is in quite poor shape.
The rooms were spacious but in bad condition.
If you are just looking for a place to rest your head then it may be an option but I wouldn't recommend it, I feel there are better options and value for money within Lilongwe.
