I never ever write reviews. It’s just something I don’t do but I must on this occasion. I stay in over 50 hotels every year and I have never had an experience like I had at this hotel. I had to check myself out 3 days early after only one night because the experience was so bad. It’s 2026 and this place had virtually no Internet access it ranged from intermittent and extremely flaky to totally non existent and as I work while travelling it’s critical that I have reliable access. The hotel refused to accept the fact that the Internet wasn’t working and told me it was because I had an iPhone - even though my Windows laptop also could also not connect. I spoke to other guests who said they also had the same problem but they weren’t bothered as they were on holidays. The reception told me to sit in the children’s club if I wanted to use the Internet which is just outrageous I’m sorry. It put me under an enormous amount of pressure because I needed access for a work commitment and I had to check out. They wouldn’t give me any form of refund even a partial one and basically didn’t seem to care at all. So there it is. The first time ever I’ve given a hotel a review and it’s one star because zero was not an option. Granted my room was clean but it was the size of a shoebox. There wasn’t even room for a chair and there was no room to put my laptop. For the price, I would have expected more. Do not stay there if you want to stay connected.

Looks a bit dirty and old, can use a refresh

My son and I stayed here for 2 nights to rest up after busy days at the Monaco Grand Prix. It was a terrific decision. The hotel is situated on the very edge of a mountainside looking down over Monaco and along the Mediterranean. The views are spectacular. A great place to take in the scenery is from the gorgeous infiniti pool. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. There is a choice of on-site restaurants with the option to dine outside with a view. Staff are extremely courteous and eager to help. The hotel operates a shuttle service to/from Monaco which is about a 15 minute ride. This hotel may be at the very upper end of the price range, but we feel that we received proper value. We treated ourselves and were very happy that we did.
