Der Ausblick war sehr schönund das mit der Rezeption wussten wir halt nicht so genau am Anfang hat dann auch geklappt was nicht so gut war ist schon mal dass der Kühlschrank nicht richtig kalt geworden ist und wenn man ein paar Tage dort ist hat man ja doch mehrere Und ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wäre auch nicht so schlechtdreiundzwanzig

Preis Leistung hat nicht gepasst durch die nachträglich kassierte Reinigungsgebühr von 50 Euro. Diese wurde vorher NICHT kommuniziert. Nie wieder Expedia, da buche ich lieber ein bekanntes Hotel in Lignano, direkt, habe Frühstück dabei und zahle um einiges weniger.

Wir sind bereits mehrere Jahre Gäste in der Yachting Residence, mussten aber leider feststellen, dass der Standard immer weiter nachlässt. Es wird offensichtlich nichts mehr in die Ferienwohnungen investiert, und das Mobiliar ist sehr abgewohnt. Dieses Jahr waren die Mängel besonders auffällig: Die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht mehr schließen und blieb ständig sperrangelweit offen – was bei einem Toilettengang äußerst unangenehm war, da keinerlei Privatsphäre vorhanden war. Der Griff an der Balkontür war gebrochen, sodass wir Angst hatten, er würde komplett abreißen und wir würden nicht mehr in die Wohnung kommen. Der Kühlschrank war in einem miserablen Zustand: stark vereist, vergilbt und uralt. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Bett befanden sich riesige Staubwolken – offensichtlich wurde nur oberflächlich um das Bett herum geputzt. Die Parksituation ist ebenfalls unzumutbar. Es gibt keine eigenen Parkplätze für Gäste und man muss das Gepäck mühsam vom nächsten freien Parkplatz, der oft sehr weit entfernt ist, tragen. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine Kurzparkzone zum Be- und Entladen, diese wird jedoch oft von der Hausverwalterin belegt .

Dafür, dass es direkt am Yachthafen ist, ist es sehr ruhig! Sehr schöne Aussicht und einen fabelhaften Sonnenuntergang direkt vom Balkon aus.

Schöne Lage, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut

Die Hausverwaltung ist super. Francesco und seine Mutter sind immer vor Ort und helfen bei jedem Problem! Großes Lob! Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Schön wäre es, wenn nicht nur um das Bett gereinigt wird, sondern auch mal darunter. Der Ventilator war leider nicht zu benutzen, es befand sich eine dicke Staubschicht darauf. Offensichtlich wurde er in dieser Saison nie abgewischt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist sehr schön, neu renoviert. Die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr gut und neu. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise abgenutzt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist leider sehr schlecht. Vor dem Haus gibt es kaum Parkplätze, diese sind meistens belegt. Es gibt zum Ausladen eine Kurzparkzone, in der Hochsaison ist diese belegt, da auch Abreisende diese benötigen. Die Straße ist sehr eng, in zweiter Reihe zu parken, um das Gepäck auszuladen, ist nicht möglich. Es gibt zwei kostenlose Parkplätze, einer davon ist dauerbelegt. Zum Aus- und Einladen des Gepäcks leider doch weit weg. Das Nachbarhaus links hat es besser gelöst. Hier gibt es eigene Parkplätze für die Gäste vor den Balkons. Rechts wird momentan ein großes mehrstöckiges Haus gebaut. Auch das wird die Parksituation vermutlich noch mal verschärfen. Die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig, direkt am Hafen. Man muss wissen, dass das Haus fast nur von Gästen mit Hunden, manchmal auch mit zwei Hunden pro Unterkunft, belegt ist. Für Hundeliebhaber ideal, für Nichthundebesitzer manchmal nervig, weil viele Hunde bellen.

Alles war perfekt

Sehr saubere Unterkunft! Vor Ort gibt es tagsüber eine Hausverwalterin, die sich um die Anlage perfekt kümmert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig direkt am Hafen. Sehr schöner Blick auf den Hafen und die Lagune. Das Apartment bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Klimaanlage ist neu und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist groß und neu renoviert. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Check in ist nicht direkt an der Unterkunft, aber nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Auch hier wird man freundlich empfangen und alles läuft unkompliziert.

Wypoczynek w słonecznej Italii

Dobre położenie hotelu ,przystanek autobusowy w pobliżu,widok z balkonu na przystań jachtową,do plaży bezpłatnej 20 minut pieszo,a do plaży z płatnymi leżakami 15 min.W opisie nie jest podane,że pościel i ręczniki są osobno płatne 20 euro na pobyt oraz 15 euro trzeba zapłacić podatek turystyczny.Łóżka wygodne,oraz aneks kuchenny wyposażony w kuchnię gazową,lodówkę i garnki.Poza tym nie działał internet,po wpisaniu hasła do wi-fi jest pełny zasięg ,ale pojawia się wiadomość -brak internetu,pomimo telefonicznego powiadomienia o tym zarządcy hotelu nic nie zrobiono w tej sprawie.Polecam z powodu zacisznego położenia hotelu z dala od głośnych restauracji i dyskotek

die lage ist wirklich sehr gut. die kommunikation mit dem besitzer war nicht einfach, da die angegebene telefonnummer nicht funktionierte. schlüssel musste selbst in einer agentur abgeholt werden. das apartent ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in der dusche war die duschstange abgebrochen. preis leistung in ordnung.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung gegenüber des kleinen Yachthafens. Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch, jedoch ausreichend. Leider ist das Inventar in einem schlechten, zum Teil defektem, Zustand. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und extrem hellhörig, so dass man jedes Wort der Zimmernachbarn versteht. Lieber etwas mehr investieren und eine etwas teurere bzw. komfortablerer Unterkunft buchen. Zu den Zimmerpreisen kommen noch Gebühren für Bettwäsche, Handtücher sowie Endreinigung hinzu.

Fast nur Vermietungen mit Hunden. Die Hunde pinkeln leider beim Gassi gehen oft zuerst in den Vorgarten, wo sich ein Kinderspielplatz befindet. Vor der Eingangstür markierte fast jeder Hund sein Revier, was man auch riecht. Die Wohnung war sauber, von der Größe ausreichend. Gute Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung bei Problemen. Das Putzpersonal war sehr ordentlich und nett. Das Bad hat leider kein Fenster bzw. eine Lüftung. Dadurch gab es Stockflecken an der Decke. Die Lage ist ruhig, ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Strand. Das Haus ist hellhörig (Hundegebell).

La posizione della struttura è ottima se uno ha la bici con cui spostarsi, altrimenti c'è una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti per raggiungere la spiaggia e 10 per il centro... la zona è silenziosa e rilassante , la camera confortevole, il bagno e la cucina ben attrezzati, dotata di un bel terrazzo dove consumare i pasti...la pulizia ottima e pure la cortesia dei gestori!!
