"Friendly staff and new clean room with a great view but recommend booking a south facing or even number room to avoid noise from the delivery trucks and public beach street cleaners. Beach chairs need to be updated and replaced (paint was chipping) otherwise a great alternative to the pricier areas in the northern part of the county. Close proximity to airport - very convenient. Building itself is not new, however is well maintained, I am not picky, this basic that hotel provides, fits my needs. I am not coming to Florida to stay all day in hotel.
