"Bar and breakfast not really part of hotel. Breakfast staff rude about fact we did not book breakfast buffet ahead. Parking easy under the hotel."

"The staff was not very helpful. I asked to have my room cleaned, they told me house cleaning was notified but just decided they didn’t want to clean it. There was no apology they just said whatever basically. I also needed help finding their parking area, unfortunately I do not speak German so I had no idea what was being said. It was very loud when cleaning, I think their cleaning supplies were broken and you could hear an annoying screeching sound throughout the morning."

"Staff were rarely present to help with any issues, and repeatedly passed you into the next person who was never available. I was told to send e-mails, which went unanswered. Staff overall not helpful. I paid for included breakfast, and was no issue the first 3 days, but the fourth day, it was all of a sudden a problem and I was berated into paying for breakfast twice. Staff rarely present/available, and when they were there, they were overall not helpful. I would not go back. Location is good, but not enough to make up for poor service. There was also no fridge or safe in the room, I found that unacceptable."

"This a beautiful hotel and the staff is extremely friendly, particularly the bar staff, Joel and Shidu. The food was also very good and plentiful. We struggled with the A/C in our room, as it sat at 27°C most of the time and we were terribly uncomfortable. We visited during a heatwave, so we understand that this was not normal, but we were surprised that we couldn't lower the temperature at all to help accommodate us more. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and I recommend it!"

"Hotel is conveniently located with shopping mall, parking is available in the mall carpark with direct lift access to hotel lobby. Room is modern and clean and ample space for two big luggages without compromising walking space. Staff extremely helpful and friendly to all. Recommended stay if in Stuttgart."
