Genau das habe ich gesucht: eine ruhige Umgebung zum Abschalten, aber trotzdem eine gute Lage, um schnell nach Passau oder auch nach Prag zu kommen. Es war sehr staubig, in der Dusche befand sich ein Riss, und in den Fugen war Schimmel sichtbar, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.
