"We loved our stay here! The staff was great, the room was perfect, and there were two metro stops nearby with plenty of connections, making most of the city easily accessible. Also they have some of the best iced tea I’ve ever had in the lobby in the afternoon."

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."

"the room was decent but the hotel has no elevator so if you have a heavy suitcase or have mobility problems you will suffer. wifi would disconnect all the time and sometimes just wouldn’t work for up to an hour. hotel staff said they can’t do anything and to just wait. staff in general wasn’t helpful. one lady was rude."
