"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The property was absolutely stunning. Though it was supposedly at capacity it felt like there were only a few of us staying most the time. It was very quiet and very restful. The amenities were wonderful. The only complaint would be our dinner meal at the main restaurant. It was not good at all and so we did not return there the second night. But the breakfast and bar menu, although limited was good."

"This place has spectacular views and looks like a Hobbit Village set in the hills of Tropea area. Elevator to the beach is excellent and property is extremely charming. There were plenty of things to do and see (views of volcano, swimming, pool bar, evening music). Power is dated and could use an upgrade but a cute mini-village with some spectacular gardens and scenery."
