"An idyllic place - set in countryside surrounded by a nice garden, and woods, yet close to the village and equidistant to city and coast. Lovely old farm building. Only marred because the main highway is fairly close and a bit noisy. Best bit - fantastic dinner, all home made (I think everything from the bread to the cakes are home made here, special note to the jam!) Breakfast on the patio perfect. If I were being picky I'd mention that the rooms corridor is a bit noisy - as an old building...

"CLOSE TO CRUISE PORT: RAVENNA I don't think a lot of people realize how close this is to Ravenna ship port. We walked it. It didn't take long at all. The cabs in this area are ridiculus in price $30 to $80 to go to cruise port for a 5 to 15 minute drive. When you walk from this hotel it will cost you a $1 per peson to ride the ferry across and then embark on your cruise! The hotel isn't fancy. The buffet breakfast included was nice. "La struttura è valida. La sistemazione che mi è stata assegnata è stata però molto penalizzante non so se per colpa di Gallanti o di Hotels. Mi è stato infatti rifilato per 4 persone un container di 24 mq., l'unico così piccolo con il bagno senza bidet, senza che mi venisse proposta un'altra sistemazione più confortevole. "The hotel is a little dated but it’s clean, conveniently located near the cruise port and the staff are great. They were able to arrange taxis for our group of 8 to the cruise port and allowed us to store our luggage on-site while we waited for our noon checkin for our cruise. The lady who works in the dining room for breakfast was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure the teenagers travelling with us got something they liked and that that my 70 year old mother could find the coffee...

"The shower stall is so small - I barely manage to squeeze in. Also they clearly cheated us of breakfast that suppose to be included. They have just some small number of pastries and try to pass it as "normal" breakfast. Not even cheese or bread. They have some cereal but van not find a single cereal bowls, so I have been forced to eat cereal from tee cup. "
