"The bed in 115 felt like the ground and the pillows smelled old. THe sofa bed was just bad and the sheets were not good. I had to ask several times for pillows for the kids to use. There was a big stain on the sofa bed. My 5 year old daughter said the bed was hard so I tried it and the mattress felt like a small pillow which offered no support. Security was great no issues. Breakfast was wonderful and the made to order eggs were great made my morning. The lady there was just great She made the morning breakfast great. Staff at hotel very nice and no attitudes just real nice. When you write the hotel a email they respond very fast with answers to your questions. ME and my sister paid for the same type rooms but she got a upgrade to a corner room. Wish they had done me that way. But the first floor was great so that I did not have to use the elevator. I give the hotel a 95%. I would go back to the hotel and stay there again. "

"I just want to take a moment to highlight the amazing service I received from Nick at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail, including how the free wash and dry service worked, which was such a great bonus. I also had an issue with the TV in my room, and Nick didn’t hesitate to come help me get it working. Thanks to him, my children were able to watch TV and feel more at home. Nick truly stole the show with his kindness, patience, and professionalism. After talking with him, I felt completely at ease and confident that I made the right choice in staying at this hotel. Thank you, Nick, for going above and beyond! "

Residence Inn by Marriott Richmond West End

5/5 Excellent

"We went down for a baseball tournament in Richmond even though the pool was not ready we still made the best of it. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. Our first night our room was extremely hot the AC was not working luckily the next morning we were able to move rooms without any trouble And had great service from the staff. Breakfast each morning was delicious my family said it was probably the best one they have had coming from a hotel and with us being a travel ball family of 2 we have been to several hotels lol. Our room was very clean we will definitely stay here again if we play in Richmond for another tournament. "
